What is Art Therapy?

A guided creative session using art-making to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself — no experience needed.

Let us explain,

Art therapy is a gentle, expressive practice that uses creative processes like drawing, painting, and mark-making to help you explore emotions, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

No artistic skill is required — just an openness to slow down and let the process guide you. Held in an intimate, guided setting, this session invites you to turn inward, express what words alone can't capture, and leave feeling a little lighter.

Who will conduct ?

This guided art therapy session is led by Paula, an experienced artist and art therapist from Spain.

She began her artistic journey at the Pedro Almodóvar School of Arts in Ciudad Real, where she graduated with distinction and earned a scholarship to continue her studies at university level.

In 2018, she moved to Granada to pursue a degree in Fine Art with a major in Graphic Design at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Alonso Cano.

Drawing on this rich artistic foundation, Paula guides participants through an intimate, expressive process using art-making to help them slow down, release tension, and reconnect with themselves — no artistic experience needed

What You'll Gain

The creative process helps release pent-up emotions, easing anxiety and encouraging a more grounded state of mind.

Many find it strengthens self-awareness, offering fresh insight into thoughts and feelings that are hard to put into words.

Beyond the emotional benefits, the session fosters mindfulness and presence, helping participants reconnect with themselves in a supportive, judgment-free space.
