Event Flow
-
Doors open and the day begins with intention. A traditional Sri Lankan oil lamp is lit — an auspicious moment that marks the start of something collective. All artists are welcomed into the space together, setting the tone for a day of collaboration, creativity and culture.
-
Free tea is offered at the entrance — a quiet gesture of welcome. Lydian and Culture Drip hold the ground floor, setting the flow. The tea bar opens, and the first hoppers come off the fire. Warm, nourishing and unhurried.
-
The frequency moves upward. The second floor comes alive as Sandín and Sarah take their place. Browse Sandín's Venezuelan textile art and natural fibre pieces, sit for a caricature portrait with Mossygoth, or pull a tarot card at the readings table. The vintage stall is open. The afternoon has begun.
-
Paula begins. Watch the mural take shape in real time — a living artwork growing across the space, carrying the emotional texture of the day with every stroke.
-
The hopper station wraps up, making way for something slower. The dessert station opens with Sri Lankan caramel pudding — rich, nostalgic and made with care.
-
The mocktail bar opens. The afternoon stretches out. The art is on the walls, the portraits are in hand, the conversations are flowing. This is the part of the day that moves on its own.
-
The paella station opens. A large pan, an open flame, and something that brings people together without trying. Food as performance — exactly as intended.
-
The sound shifts. Skye steps in and opens the portal. Music moves through the space, the art and the people in it. The night belongs to frequency now. The music carries it through — stay as long as you need
